Two generations – two Houston locations! Since 1964 when Gus Demeris and his brother Jimmy bought their first restaurant, Houston locals (and their out-of-town friends who only want “THE BEST TEXAS BBQ) have filled their bellies with our hickory-smoked meats and amazing sides. Over the years, our dedication to the community has grown and we have expanded our menu and offerings, but you’ll always find our signature bar-b-q. We serve up great flavors daily -and we have daily specials- so feel free to come in every day!
Demeris Catering has also become a Houston institution – making weddings, quinceaneras, bar mitzvahs, office parties, backyard pig roasts, and many more occasions look effortless and beautiful. We can deliver food to the office for as little as 10 people – or cater any party – you name the size! We’ve been doing this for a while (more than 45 years!) and know how to make your event a success and make you look like a rock star!
